VALMEYER PUBLIC LIBRARY
In 1984, voters approved the formation of the Valmeyer Public Library District, which shares its boundaries with the Valmeyer Community Unit School District #3. The Valmeyer Public Library shares facilities with the Valmeyer School Library and is located at 300 South Cedar Bluff Drive.
Normal Library hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Library is closed on all School holidays. Special Summer hours are in place during the months when the School is not in session. Please call the Library if you are unsure about hours of operation.
Currently the Public Library Director is Portia Stueve and the School Library Director is Lori Brutton.
